This Privacy Policy Agreement discloses the privacy practices for Together We Can, Inc’s website togetherwecaninc.org (further indicated as “We” “Us” or “Our”). This agreement governs the terms of our website and the services we provide. Under this agreement we will notify our donators and our visitors (further indicated as “You” or “Your”) of the following:

We collect data from you to perform our services to you as well as enhance our services. These types of data include Personal Data, Usage Data, and Tracking Data.

Personal Data includes, but is not limited to, name, address, state, province, zip/postal code, city, cookies, and usage data. We use Personal Data is to keep track of donations and to contact you via emails. You may opt-out of emails anytime by contacting us.

We may also use your personal data, with your consent, to send newsletters to you. You may also opt-out by clicking unsubscribe.

Usage Data includes, but is not limited to, IP address, operating system, browser type, and version, time spent on pages, pages you visit, and sometimes internet service provider or mobile carrier. This helps us analyze trends within our site to deliver a better service to our visitors. We do not personally do reverse DNS lookups, so IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information

PayPal:

We may provide a payment processor to aid in our ability to provide a service (donations). This is PayPal.

Google Analytics:

Under these terms, we may use a third-party analytics provider to monitor and analyze the service we provided.

Google Analytics is a service offered by Google (own by Alphabet Inc.) that tracks and reports on website traffic. This service collects data to track and monitor the use of our services. This is data is shared across other Google Services and Google may use this data for its own use.

You may opt-out of this analytics software if your browser so allows it. This is currently allowed on Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Safari, Firefox, and Opera via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-On.

Under these terms, we may use Google Fonts for some pages. These fonts allow certain content to be seen correctly. If your browser cannot see this font, your local font will load.

Under these terms, we may use a third-party newsletter provider to provide information regarding our site. You consent to this transfer of information by signing up for the newsletter. Cookiebot:

Under these terms, we may use Cookiebot to keep track of your cookie preferences on this site. When you allow/disallow cookies to Cookiebot, your IP is registered to state what preference you chose in order to not be asked again. This IP is transferred to Cookiebot’s website to keep track of if you consented to cookies or not.

Individuals Under the Age of 18 Privacy:

We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 (further indicated as “Child”) to donate.

We do not knowingly obtain any personal information regarding individuals under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian who has become aware your child has given us personal data, please contact us. If we see that we have obtained a child’s information, it will be deleted immediately.
